If you like my Click, Clack, Moo product, you will love this product just as much! I have created worksheets that should last you a while in the classroom to go with the story “Click, Clack, Boo: A tricky treat” by Doreen Cronin and Betsy Lewin. Begin the unit with a vocabulary study with separate word and definition cards. I have also included flash cards with sight words that can be reviewed before the beginning of the story. I also use the sight words as a pretest for students in small group to see if they will be able to read the actual story independently. I love to include a set of pre-reading questions. I use this as morning work before I read the story, it helps provide background knowledge and to set the theme of the story. Two pages of comprehension questions are provided with different formats. Like my other product, I have included two write and draw activities. Also like “Click, Clack, Moo” students will take parts of the story and decide if it is reality or fantasy. I have also created a cold-read on Halloween safety tips for students to read and a few short response questions are included. I hope you enjoy!
