This document is great at the start of a unit on Climate Change to start discussions about what students think they know about climate change. After some discussion I usually collect them so I can read more thoroughly their answers and get an overall idea about each class' knowledge.
The second half of the document has the same questions again, this is for after your unit on climate change is complete. Once complete students can answer these questions and see their change in their responses before and after climate change education. I once again use this as a start for discussion on how our thoughts have changed with education and collect them to gauge how much change in responses there was for each class.
