A climate graph (also called a "climograph") is a graph that shows the average monthly temperatures and precipitation for a given location. Temperature is represented as a line graph. Sometimes average high and low temperatures are shown as two separate lines. Precipitation is represented using a bar graph.

Climate graph instructions and data from 24 world cities are included in this unit - from Fargo, North Dakota to Beijing, China. Although geography is the central concept of this mini-unit, science and math skills are also emphasized.
