Once a child lands on teacher's choice on your behavior clip chart, what do you do? One option is this behavior reflection. The child fills out or can draw a picture of what they did to earn the spot on the chart. Then, they write or draw a picture of what they will do differently next time. There is a spot at the bottom for a parent to sign that they reviewed the reflection with the child. Best of all, if you are not needing to contact the parent, you can use it as an incentive for the child to improve his or her choices. If they show improvement throughout the rest of the day, the reflection can be filed. Otherwise, it can be sent home to be signed and returned.
