Directions: Handout to the students as they enter the gymnasium. Have the music already playing as they enter!! Just have them spin the clock hand and perform one of the 5 Levels of Fitness until the time is up.
Easy to use! Just print, cut, glue on stock card, and laminate. I recommend printing around 50 copies. That way you have extras.
Variations: Can do individually, with a partner, and as a whole class with a projector. Could also use it as an assessment tool.
