For students who have anxiety around the different schedules that happen during the day, we have found that incorporating visual time helps cut back some anxiety. This also helps teach "How much time until" with reflection on the current time. Given both digital time and analog time, students can work on math/life skills to work on their anxiety.
Suggested: print out on thick paper and house in a clear plastic sleeve or laminate for durability. Use white board markers to write and remove with erasers.
