There are 2 reading vocabulary/comprehension activities for each reading passage. They are varied for each passage but included in this product are:

-Read and Respond Pages (underline the part of the text that....highlight the part of the text that....)
-Sticky notes of important facts page
-Make your own American symbol and write about it
-Clay creation. Make your own sculpture like Mount Rushmore. Use the words first, next, then and last to tell how you created it.
