If I'm going to pass out a worksheet, I want to get a lot of mileage out of it. I love this worksheet because it requires students to read it more than once and for different reasons!
A short story is scrambled and in three chunks.
1. Students will read the story chunks and cut them out.
2. Then they will sequence them in order and glue them down.
3. Finally, they will read closely to illustrate each pat of the story with as much detail as possible.
Happy (close) reading!
