Close Reads are becoming more and more important as we continue to work toward meeting the Common Core State Standards in ELA. Close reading of lyrics will help students become more critical consumers of pop culture.
The pages in this resource will work with any song lyrics, but particularly well with those of I Am Bullyproof Music. You might even want to try having your students write some of their own!
