This is a very simple template for a foldable about clouds. I print it off on blue paper and give students cotton balls to recreate a cloud on the outside front flaps.
To make: fold in half the long ("hotdog") way along the center line. Cut along the two other lines to make three flaps- one for cirrus, one for cumulus, and one for stratus. Label each. On the inside, students use resources to fill in information for each cloud type's appearance, altitude, and how they are formed. The cotton balls can be used on the outside flaps to make examples. If you don't have cotton balls, students can simply draw examples.
