The perfect workout to use for players who have missed a practice or a game. It focuses on many aspects that a player would miss in a typical softball or baseball practice. There is conditioning, groundballs, flyballs, hitting, bunting and throwing. This workout takes an athlete 30-45 minutes to complete and can be completed with as little as one other person or multiple athletes.
Personally, my practice attendance has skyrocketed since using this workout for missed practices.
