Set Up: Use hula hoops as the circles marked in the picture. Use the same colors in the same order. Put your desired distance between the hoops and the starting place. At the starting place have all the pieces of equipment ready (for a challenge have extra pieces of equipment).
How to Play: On go students match the correct piece of equipment to the hoop it is in on the visual. One piece of equipment at a time. Once the correct equipment is in the correct hoop they have broken the code! This can work in relay form. It can be used to work on locomotor skills. It can be use by students in wheelchairs and walkers. Multiple groups can be happening at one time if enough equipment is available. Have groups rotate to the next one after they break the code. There are pages with 3 hoops and 5 hoops for different abilities.
Equipment Needed: Rubber or beanbag fish, rubber or beanbag chickens, rubber or bean bag frogs, poly spots, square bean bags, and cones.
