Lesson plans and worksheets for six-session coding unit focusing on game design. Lessons can be facilitated in a variety of settings, including classrooms, libraries, afterschool clubs, and enrichment programs. Unit includes four hours of instructional time/guided practice, and two hours of independent, project-based learning. Lessons can be facilitated by classroom teachers, librarians, or volunteer groups from local organizations/universities. No additional software is needed - all coding modules are web-based and can be completed on any computer with Internet access.
