This math center activity asks students to scoop coins from a cup, write their value as a decimal, convert that decimal to a fraction with a denominator of 100, and then add those fractions together to find the total. If playing with partners, the student whose scoop has the greatest value earns a point and play continues.
The game mat can be laminated or put into a clear sleeve and written on with a dry erase marker.
