This assessment includes 10 different sets of coins on the front of the assessment where students must determine the value for each. In addition, there are 4 multiple choice questions on the front related to the cent/dollar sign. Students must be able to determine the correct way to show each of the amounts given.
The second page includes 6 amounts (in cents) for students to draw coins in two ways. For example, 56 cents could be drawn with two quarters, one nickel and one penny or with five dimes, one nickel and one penny.
