Product Description
This is a set of six multiple choice questions and four free response questions dealing with the concept of collisions and the conservation of linear momentum. They are taken from past NYS Physics Regents exams. Please note that the table of coefficients of friction provided on the Physics Reference Table (available free online) is needed to solve Question 10. If you are not in New York State, then you might want to give students the necessary value or encourage them to look it up. The value used for the coefficient of friction (rubber on dry asphalt) is 0.67. Solutions are provided.
