Integrate your math and social studies content areas with these task cards! This set of 24 cross-curricular task cards allows students to review their knowledge of colonial Virginia history as they solve math problems related to number sense and the four operations (aligned with Virginia Studies VS.4 and Virginia Mathematics SOL 4.1 and 4.4).
This is a great activity for math centers, early finishers, review, and morning work. Students can use these task cards independently, with a partner, or in a small group. They will record their answers on an answer sheet and check their work using an answer key (both are provided).
