I hope you find this “Color-By-Rhyme” packet of CVC & CVCe rhyming words to be a fun and helpful addition to your phonics and/or spelling unit. Each page focuses on a different short or long vowel sound using the CVC and CVCe patterns.
Students need to match each word in the “Color Code” box at the bottom of each page with its rhyming word in the picture, then color according to the assigned color codes.
