This spreadsheet has ten sheets. There are instructions, then there are four sheets for four different sections, or classes of students. The last five pages are designed to print and give to students. They are mini schedules to remind students which group to report to on any given day. I have used it and it REALLY helps me keep classes, students, and student groups straight. I used fruit and veggies to name the groups. The student groups are apples, strawberries, bananas, grapes, and avocados. The spreadsheet is easily shown on an overhead via print out of computer screen. As each class enters, simply click the appropriate tab to allow students to view the schedule of classroom groupings for the day. This classroom organizational method uses a chart to keep it all straight. Once downloaded, it's easy to type in the names of your students, and easy to change student groups as well. Get and stay organized in a minimal amount of time.
