This surprise FALL picture is a skilled lesson on identifying multiples of 2, 3 and 6, as well as 5 and 0 as an answer to a multiplication problem.
Computation skills and practice can be boring... but NOT with this independent seat work. Students may work on this math lesson and improve their skills while using critical thinking skills to 'see' the fall image appear!
The KEY to doing this easily is to look at all multiplies of 2 first since they will be even numbers. Ask the students to consider if it is also a multiple of 3? Can they skip count by 3's? IF YES to both, then color for the multiple of 6.
