This collection of puzzles includes the colors:
Red, yellow, blue, green, white, black, brown, purple, & orange,
Circle, square, triangle, rectangle, heart, & star.
Puzzles are cut into strips with one letter and a segment of picture. Students must put word/picture back in the correct order. Pieces from two or more puzzles can be combined so students are required to visually discriminate between each.
This collection is designed to work on the following skills:
-color and shape recognition
-color and shape sight word identification and spelling
-visual motor skill development
Directions for preparation:
After printing, each puzzle should be cut out individually so you are left with a box including one picture and it's printed name. Then cut a straight line from the bottom to the top in-between each letter so that each strip has one letter and a section of the picture. Puzzles can be laminated for longevity.
