Dividing Fractions Color by Number Activity
Newly revised to include a free Easter coloring option.
Don’t be fooled. Middle schoolers are NOT too cool to color!! Reviewing division of fractions can be a drag, but not with this fun color-by-number activity. This worksheet has 6 problems of increasing difficulty: finding the answer in lowest terms, finding the answer as a mixed number, dividing by whole numbers and even dividing by mixed numbers. Each problem has 3 answer/color choices created with common mistakes in mind and space to rewrite the division problem as a multiplication problem. Once you find out the answer to Problem 1, circle the color that goes with the answer and color all of the 1s that color. It’s fun. An answer sheet is included.
Consider buying the Super Pack which includes all 4 coloring activities: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of fractions.
