I've created coloring pages that allow the speech clinician to document, using a reinforcement and visual feedback for the students. The cute graphics are fun to keep kids busy coloring while you are working with other students in a group, and the squares below the picture should be used to document correct and incorrect responses. The students really love seeing all check marks, and noticeably try hard to avoid getting and X. They even enjoy seeing me put their percentage correct at the bottom of the page after speech is done! I feel like this is a really good tool to not only make documenting easy and fun, it is a good way to visually support and inform the students on their progress toward their goal.
