Students in my class love these coloring rubrics!
This handy little rubric is easy for elementary aged students to understand. It will improve the quality of your students' work and can be used independently by most students.
It highlights the three area I see students struggle with the most when drawing or painting pictures:
-Filling in all the white spaces.
-Drawing to fill up the whole space.
This PDF includes:
-small printable versions of the child-friendly rubric in 8 different colors as well as plain.
-A set of printable classroom posters to use to remind your students of the three goals on the rubric.
-Detailed instructions on classroom use.
The Art Star Charts are great for all elementary classrooms from pre-k on and are especially helpful when illustrating stories or working on other art projects.
