This simple worksheet reinforces a lesson on the Columbian Exchange. Students use a Qr Code or web link to look at a map and categorize new and old world goods. They go through their favorite recipe to determine whether or not they could have had it in the old world before 1492. I always finish this assignment with a food day—students bring their favorite dish to share with the class.
There is no prep involved, as I've included an answer key to the chart.
