Description

This simple worksheet reinforces a lesson on the Columbian Exchange. Students look at a map and categorize new and old world goods. They go through their favorite recipe to determine whether or not they could have had it in the old world before 1492. I always finish this assignment with a food day—students bring their favorite dish to share with the class.

You will find:

☑A Columbian Exchange Map (two per page for students to cut in half and share)

☑A categorizing worksheet with foldable flaps (editable)

☑An answer key
