This probability & statistics video lesson teaches students how to write and evaluate combinations and use them to find the total number of possibilities.
In particular, your students will learn...
* That a combination is a selection of objects in no particular order.
* How to write a combination given a real-life scenario
* The formula for evaluating combinations
* How to solve a combination by expanding the factors
* How to evaluate a combination on a calculator
* How to solve real-life problems using permutations and combinations
* How to distinguish when to use a permutation and when to use a combination
You receive not only the instructional video but accompanying notes for students to complete as they watch the lesson. Answer key is also included.
