This is a great book report, because my students love creating comic strips! This book report is great for my visual learners, who are very artistic, and may struggle reading a chapter book. It is also a lot of fun for my advanced readers (many of them enjoy reading comic books) as they are able to select a chapter book to read, and are able to create a comic strip about their book.
The Comic Strip Book Report includes the following:
-a picture of the finished book report (front and back)
-directions to the teacher, how to copy the pages in the correct order
-directions to the parent/child, how to assemble the pages correctly, along with the book report requirements
-a rubric for scoring and grading
-six comic strip pages which include: title of the book, author, illustrator, front page, beginning of the book, middle of the book, end of the book
