This writing activity will get students up and out of their seats to find their new foods and beverages vocabulary around the room. The students will have to identify the pictures of the foods and beverages that are located around the room and write the correct vocabulary word for the picture, and write if it is a breakfast item, lunch item, or a beverage.
This activity is a good way to assess their knowledge of the vocabulary including spelling.
The vocabulary goes along with the Realidades textbook chapter 3A. Included in the document are 15 different pictures of foods and beverages along with a worksheet for the students to record their answers.
