Description

Study commas by writing them with goofy pictures! Students will apply comma rules to fifteen pictures with certain guidelines. Differentiated answer sheets are provided as well as a comma use handout and possible answers.

Included in this comma activity:

✓ A Powerpoint presentation that gives fifteen pictures with directions. Examples include "write an appositive phrase using commas." You can see four samples on thumbnails three and four.

✓ Differentiated practice. You have two choices! Answer sheet one contains the comma use ("use a comma with an introductory phrase"). Answer sheet two contains the comma use with questions prompting students to write related to the picture. You can see these worksheets on thumbnail two.
