We love teaching grammar to our third grade students with our engaging grammar
lessons. We have used these comma lessons in our third grade classroom. Our students have a blast learning about commas through a Pirate theme! Your students will too!!!
Captain Comma lessons, anchor chart, centers, and more covering the objectives;
1.) Student will be able to use commas in a date and an address on an envelope and in a sentence and after a greeting and closing of a letter.
2.) Student will be able to use commas to list words in a series.
3.) Student will be able to use commas in interjections, and sequence words at the start of sentences.
