Want a fun way to assess your students understanding of how to graph inequalities on a number line? Look no further. This fun puzzle includes many opportunities for your students to match the inequality with its number line graph.
Directions for students are printed on the worksheet: Cut out the squares. Complete the puzzle by matching the side of one square to the side of another square with the correct. If a square has a blank side, that side does not have a match. Ignore the letters in the center of the squares for now. Eventually, your teacher will show you how to read the secret message!
The second tab on the Excel sheet includes a KEY for you: Start in the top right corner, and read from left to right, moving down each row. The message reads "Yep, you did it right." The Slanted corner pieces form a diagonal to distinguish the positions of the Y's, I's, and T's, which are duplicate letters.
