PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Integrate science and history with math and ELA with this project on disease of the 1600's and 1700's in the 13 Colonies. The project consists of three parts – a poster display, presentation and research report. Each individual part of the project can be completed in any order, independently or cooperatively. Each part of the project should take one to three months, depending on how much class time you allot for working on the project as well as the rigor of your curriculum.

Part 1: History of a Disease (poster display)
Part 2: Development of a vaccine or antibiotic to treat the disease (presentation)
Part 3: History of a significant figure involved in developing the vaccine or antibiotic (research report)
