Spider and Fly are good friends in the “Diary of a Spider.” How is this different from how the characters feel about each other in “A Swallow and a Spider?”
Write an essay explaining how the characters in “Diary of a Spider” are different from the characters in “A Swallow and a Spider?” how each illustration helps the reader understand the characters’ action in each text. Be sure to use evidence from each piece of text to support your answer.
