These Fifth Grade Common Core Math Assessments (Identify a Rule) provide 15 problems per organizer that display sets of numbers. After analyzing the numbers, students will be asked to identify the rule that was used to change the numbers. There are 4 organizers with answer keys and an area for students to self-assess their performance. You may modify the complexity of an organizer if you’d like to better differentiate for your students. The fourth organizer will not only ask the student to identify a rule, but it will also ask the student to fill in some of the data sets. Creating a blank one of these organizers and having the students design their own is an option as well. The first organizer is included in the preview section. Enjoy!
