This is a very fun way to review math concepts with your students at the end of the year. If the students get a concept correct, stamp the dotted box on each page. Place their picture in the front box on the cover so it resembles a real passport. This can be sent home at the end of the year so parents and students know which skills they need to continue working on over the summer. It comes complete with a student self reflection rubric and a letter to parents. Each passport is a half of sheet of paper (booklet) once it is copied, stapled and cut. My students love this activity and so do the parents! Skills covered:
Place value, multiplication, elapsed time, fractions, division, perimeter, area, extended multiplication patterns, geometry, measurement, graphing and word problems.
