For a long time I was challenged to find a system for ongoing progress monitoring in math that worked well for me. After a lot of refinement I have developed a routine and system that works for me and I am happy to be able to share it with you!
I use my math reviews as a way to support my students with ongoing practice of skills that I have already taught, or am currently teaching. The goal is for students to gain a firm grasp of math concepts, as well as gain confidence through repeated practice and success. Each math review set is designed to be used during a 2 week period of time, with a quiz at the end.
This Math Review set includes practice for subtraction word problems with the result unknown, fact families, composing shapes, and partitioning shapes into equal parts.
