Product Description
This classic "Go Fish" Game focuses on essential vocabulary in statistics. This activity is designed as a classroom stations for groups of four. However, students could play in pairs or in larger groups. It works perfectly in stations as it is easily differentiated. As my students are rotating from one station to the next, I can grab the stack of cards and remove some pairs to modify the game for a lower level group. 36 cards are included.

For best results, print on card stock and laminate before cutting apart. Student directions are included. I recommend laminating them to keep at the station.

Gauge how far off the estimate or prediction might be.

For example, the mean height of players on the basketball team is 10 cm greater than the mean height of players on the soccer team, about twice the variability (mean absolute deviation) on either team; on a dot plot, the separation between the two distributions of heights is noticeable.
