This activity will help kids understand the Ancient Greek culture. Allow them to search about the topics they need to work on in a fun way.
This activity can be used in 2 ways:
1. Make 6 teams of students. Give each one a state/city.
2. Give all the sheets to every kid and make a book with them. (You will find a cover page for the book at the end)
Make them do a search using websites and books about ancient Greece. They must locate their city/state in the map, create a flag for it, draw and write about a notable character and tell a story that happened there (They can use a real one or just figure it out)
You can use the coins in page 10 to give it to the teams for their work. At the end the richer city will be the one with more coins. If you work with teams you can use the sheets to make an exhibition.
