These are a variety of Common Core based graphic organizers for answering 2-to-3 point, text-based rubric questions. The graphic organizers allows students a place to record relevant text based details needed for ensuring maximum credit for rubric based questions. The graphic organizers were designed as prewriting tools for answering rubric based short response questions. First, use the organizers to collect key details and textual evidence from any given reading passage, article, or work of literature. Then incorporate the relevant textual evidence into the answer to help support conclusions. The response templates can record answers for up to four text-based short response rubric questions. Thank you and enjoy!
