Paired Text Writing
This 4th Grade Writing Prompt was created using text excerpts from Moonwalk and To the Moon.
Because the format of this writing prompt follows the same format as the transitional iLEAP/LEAP/PARCC assessment, it serves as excellent practice for third and fourth grade students.
Both selections give facts and details about the moon through the adventures of Wendy, Paul, Tom, Vern and Gerry.
Imagine the characters above asked you to go to the moon with them.
