This is a great writing activity that gets kids using the comparative with adjectives a LOT!
Students all get a card with a celebrity and a quality (ex: intelligence). They all get a sheet to record their findings on, and they circulate around the room comparing their people with the people on the other cards. For example, I might compare my person's intelligence to someone else's person, and then their card might say we have to compare beauty, so I would end up with two sentences comparing the same two people, but comparing different qualities.
Pages 1-3 are the cards that students receive.
Pages 4-5 is the handout that students record answers on.
