This set of 24 sentence strips was developed to support the teaching of comparative and superlative adjectives. The student is given a sentence that has a blank line for the adjective. The student is to rewrite the sentence using the correct form of the adjective (comparative or superlative) based on the context of the sentence.

This activity is also designed to give students practice using the correct capitalization and punctuation for the sentences they write.

An answer sheet and answer key are provided for your use. There is also a template for a packet that you can cut and staple or glue together for storage of the cards.
