Sometimes the most intuitive concepts are the hardest to teach.
My class had a lot of trouble figuring out when something was comparative (he’s taller than me) and when it was superlative (he’s the tallest guy in the room). After endless examples and multiple attempts to just talk louder, I put together a visual and some worksheets. We’re doing much better now, and I have since retired my “talk louder” strategy.
Included in this resource:
• Instructions, 5 worksheets, and a printable visual to help teach the concept
• PDF and .doc formats so you can make edits as needed
