Compare and Contrast Historical Figures Partner Plays: These five partner plays are intended to be used as fluency-building activities that students can read with a partner. This set of scripts focuses on comparing and contrasting two historical figures.
Each script also includes a BONUS follow-up Venn diagram activity. After reading each script, students fill out a Venn diagram that compares and contrasts key events that happened in the lives of the two characters' featured in that script.
These scripts require minimal teacher support, thereby allowing teachers to work with other small groups. For teachers who implement reading centers, these plays are perfect.
This set includes these five independent scripts: -Young Heroes (Anne Frank and Malala Yousafzai) -Healthcare Heroes (Florence Nightingale and Elizabeth Blackwell) -Lewis and Clark (Meriwether Lewis and William Clark) -Praiseworthy Princesses (Princess Diana and Grace Kelly) -Surprising Similarities (Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy)
