This free download features a t-chart and venn diagram used to compare points of view using mentor texts. The traditional Red Riding Hood story, as well as the story from the woof's perspective.
I did include a blank version if you have other stories you'd like your students to compare with.
Check out my blog post to see details about how I used this in my classroom & which resources I used: http://www.furandfauxpas.com/lesson-compare-contrast-point-view/
There are quite a few different variations of Little Red Riding Hood that could be used: Red Riding Hood Picture Books
My lesson was intended for a 4th grade class in Louisiana. Our standards match Common Core for the most part. This lesson could be used in different ways for other grades to teach the following CCSS: RL.2.6, RL.2.9, RL.3.6, RL.4.6, RL.5.6.
Please let me know if you are able to use it, and how it goes! I'd love your feedback.
