All you need is a deck of cards and this game board! (You could also use dice if you do not have a deck of cards). Place the game board in a page protector or laminate it so children can write on it with dry erase marker. Children will work with a partner to compare numbers up to the hundreds place. They will first flip one card and write their number in the ones place. Their partner will also pick a card and write it in the ones place. Students then have to compare the numbers using the greater than >, less than <, and equal to = symbols. Then they will flip another card and write the number in the tens place. Again, they will need to compare the new numbers. Students get a point if they have the greater value! It is a very fun game for 1st and 2nd graders!
