Product Description
Whenever we read a new in class the inevitable question my students ask me is, "Does this book have a movie? Can we watch it?"

I like to use movie clips a lot in my class. However, I have a more difficult time agreeing to showing a full length movie because I don't like to waste too much class time if I can't make it educational. I don't like doing the standard, "Make a Venn Diagram and compare the book to the movie" activity that a lot of people do.

I took an old activity I used to use when we were comparing two pieces of poetry and modified it to work for comparing movies to books.

It is a three page compare and contrast guide that students can fill out to compare any book to its movie counterpart.
