Description

This center activity is designed to help kids compare quantities within 10 in a fun game!

Students toss 10 red-yellow discs, sort them by color, record how many of each color there are, and make a comparison.

Prompt students to use comparison vocabulary such as:

  • “There are more __ than __.”
  • “There are fewer __ than __.”
  • “There are equal __ and __.”

Laminate the sheets to use with dry erase markers.

This center aligns to Common Core Standards: K.CC.4 and K.CC.6
