I created the Comparing Decimals by Making a Milkshake - Assessment Worksheet when teaching the 4.NF.7 standard.
This assessment includes a rubric and a student marking sheets as a quick reference on how the students went in this assessment.
The assessment asks the students to compare the quantities (in decimals) of each ingredient for Chocolate Caramel Milkshake and then place these quantities on a number line and fill in hundredth grid with each of the quantities. The questions are multi-step, with a final reflective question.
