These task cards would be great for whole class practice and investigation, small group practice, intervention, or for review. Ideally, physical blocks would be used to represent the numbers. However, models are included that can be printed and cut apart for students to manipulate. An introduction or additional lesson will likely be necessary if students have not used these models to represent decimal numbers.

Then, they use models to check their thinking.
